Managing project from start engineering until installation, commissioning, start-up and project handover. Full automated internal transport between preparation lines, intermediate storage, mix lines, packaging lines and order picking. Implementing the Warehouse Management Information System and fleet manager capabilities. This includes new production equipment for fresh vegetable production and internal transport (crate handling systems, autonomous mobile robots, palletizing systems, crate cleaning systems, elevators, stackers, washers, handling robots) including automation and Material Flow Controller / Warehouse Controls System and SCADA.

Guidance and advice Goody for the development of a new packaging design and guide startup production in Europe (Netherlands and France). As a Technical packaging consultant to check the new bottle, cap and labels and confirm all technical aspects from quality and logistics requirements. This includes new bottle, cap and label design, shelf life, stackability on pallets, transportation and storage conditions etc. Objective is to eliminate risks during the launch of the new bottles.

Lead the peanut butter production factory audit in South Africa, setup audit and execute on action plan.

Supervising rebuilding packaging process (rebuild existing coffee production line). With that managing the decommission of the existing production line, rebuild equipment, install new equipment, commissioning and startup the production line. In addition, supervising as well the rebuild of the production facility with dedicated production area for powder handling and packaging.
